All Goods bought can be returned to us within 14 days of Receipt


Should your item not yet have been dispatched to you have the right to cancel your order immediately at no cost to you.(All orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday 11am Saturday are dispatched same day.)

Should your order have been received and you wish to return for exchange, simply email and advise what item it is that you would like to exchange it for.

Please include the invoice from in the parcel you received with the goods, or your name and order number , so that we know who they are from.

When we get the goods back we will issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned.

Our only stipulation is that they are in a re-saleable condition.

The tags have not been removed, The garment has not been worn or damaged, The packaging is returned unripped and if shoes returned in the original and re-usable box , DO NOT TAPE THE BOX.

Upon receiving the goods returned in satisfactory re-saleable condition we will issue the refund (or send out an exchange) within same day of receipt (Monday/Saturday), and you will see the credit on your card after 3 or 4 working days. Although we issue the credit straight away it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system.

A refund will show on your card under our company name: OXYD Ltd T/A Camisera Clothing.

Please ensure that you wrap the package securely.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by Royal Mail Special Delivery service because, Royal Mail special delivery insures the goods up to £500 ,This cover can be increase to £1,000 by paying a small premium, Royal Mail recorded delivery only insures the goods up to £39.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.

Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility .

All inital postage and packaging costs will be retained by the seller and refunds will be issued within 3 working days.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our Returns Address is provided on your purchase invoice that came with your package and it is also provided on the side of your postage label it is in very small writing.

Complaints Procedure

All queries should be emailed to and we generally deal with all queries within 3 hours. If we need to investigate your query further we will advise you if there will be any delay.
